
Today's Boston Herald had an article that New York has passed Massachusetts for the second time in six months in attracting venture capital ideas. Although Massachusetts lead New York in health-care and green-tech deals, we trail then in internet and technology investments. The Boston tech community has been driving developments in East Boston and South Boston including office space, condos, shopping and restaurants. How will this impact property prices in Somerville, Billerica, Tewksbury and Chelmsford?
